Our Ministry Spotlight for the month: Women’s Training
Ananias House is hosting its first official Women’s Training in one of the Middle East countries next month! How exciting!! The training aims to empower the church ministry among women in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), by preparing and training women leaders in their various countries to serve the Lord in their respective roles and ministries, with the goal of increasing and growing, discipled and more skilled women leaders.
The Ministry will use a holistic approach in training these women to ensure that they are growing spiritually, i.e: being trained in their area of ministry, getting personal healing and growth in the truth, being equipped to help others, as well as being trained to take care of their family, community and church.
The trainings will be targeted to include women’s ministry leaders of various churches. This will expand to other countries once the Lord leads. The goal is to equip them to best be prepared personally and in their church role to serve other women and reach out to the Muslim community.
In the first training, scheduled for early June we will have a three part-lesson curriculum on practical leadership for women. Secondly, we will spend time on the 1 Peter study (translated in Arabic), and lastly will share encouragement ministry topics.
After this training, this group will go back to their country to host a conference for a couple of hundred women and train them there later in the year.
We are extremely excited about this ministry project! A team of American women, in partnership with Kinship network, are being trained, praying, and seeking the Lord for wisdom, strength and empathic hearts to teach the Arabic women.
Please pray for the American Women’s Team as well as the Arabic Women’s Team, for this wonderful opportunity and that God would prepare hearts and minds. We are expectant of great breakthroughs and wonderful miracles!
Please pray for Ananias House as we prepare for this, that all the pieces will fall in place and that the Lord will continue to direct our hearts and minds in following what His plans are for these courageous sisters in Christ.
