Our women’s ministry will be hosting their second conference for 2019 in July. Please use this prayer guide to pray with us in the days leading up to the conference.

July 2019 MENA Training: “Renewing Your Mind” 40-Day Prayer Guide

Day 1: Father, we pray You give the leadership wisdom and very great insight, and a breadth of understanding as measureless as the sand on the seashore. (1 Kings 4:29)

Day 2: Pray the women listen to the Holy Spirit’s instruction; pay attention and gain understanding. You give them sound learning, so we pray they do not forsake Your teaching. (Proverbs 4:1-2)

Day 3: Pray this day the women will love discipline and then they will love knowledge. Pray they will complete their lessons. (Proverbs 12:1)

Day 4: American Team Leader pray for the Lord’s strength, wisdom, guidance as she leads us into the July training. (Ephesians 3:16-21)

Day 5: Pray the Spirit would stir the hearts of the women that their love for Jesus would increase. A deep, sincere love for Him. (Mark 10:21)

Day 6: Pray that God will create an unusual hunger in the hearts of the women as they work through the lessons to experience personal brokenness (Psalm 34:18). So times of healing can come.

Day 7: Pray that nothing within this training would be done in the strength of our own flesh, but by the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit. Strength, courage, and Holy Spirit boldness. (Acts 1:8)

Day 8: As counselors spend many hours studying, praying, and preparing for the training, pray that God would give them freedom to share what the Spirit desires. (John 16:13-14)

Day 9: Pray for a spirit of genuine brokenness and humility for team members serving and the lives of those to whom we minister. Pray also for the hand and anointing of God to be upon us in these days. (Psalm 85:6-7)

Day 10: Pray for exceptional translators. May they listen attentively and have clear understanding. (Isaiah 11:2)

Day 11: Pray that God’s presence would be evident as it was with Moses. As women enter the training room and throughout each session. (Exodus 33:14)

Day 12: Pray that all details of the conference would go smoothly: technology, sound system, hotel accommodations, meals, fellowship, elevator, the rooster will sing late, roommates would get along and be gracious to each other. (Ephesians 4:32)

Day 13: God’s financial provision. Generous donors will open their hearts as the Lord reaches out to them. (Proverbs 19:17)

Day 14: Pray that barriers would quickly be broken down, that women would have joy to see each other again. For a spirit of gratitude and thanksgiving. (Colossians 3:15)

Day 15: Pray the Middle East women would cast themselves upon God to give them a supernatural empowering of the Holy Spirit, trusting in Him alone to meet their needs. (Psalm 27:1)

Day 16: Pray the Middle East women on this day, that the Holy Spirit would minister to them during this day. (2 Corinthians 13:14)

Day 17: Pray that God would bring a tenderness, receptivity, and oneness to the hearts of the women from the Middle East. May they be filled with a supernatural love. (Psalm 42:8)

Day 18: Pray that God will protect the women from any unnecessary distractions or interruptions and that they will persevere through their lessons allowing the Holy Spirit to be their counselor. (John 14:26)

Day 19: Pray that the training team will be sensitive to the promptings of the Holy Spirit, to change the direction of the training at any time, if God would so desire. (Acts 16:6)

Day 20: Pray for the technical aspects of the conference to run smoothly—-sound system, microphone, room temperature, excellent translation. (2 Peter 1:3)

Day 21: Pray for any woman at the training who may not know Christ —-that God will draw them to Himself, that they will hear and believe the truth of the Gospel, that they will be convicted of their need of Christ, and that God will grant them repentance and faith unto salvation. (Romans 10:9-10)

Day 22: Pray that no one person will leave the training without having had a fresh, personal encounter with God. (2 Corinthians 13:14)

Day 23: Pray that the women would know their identity is in Christ—that they will fall in love with their Savior, Jesus, all over again. (John 1:12-13)

Day 24: Pray for the grace of humility to consume the hearts of all who participate in the training, as the spirit of pride is put to death. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

Day 25: Pray that the Word of God will quicken souls and that women will respond in obedience to the truth God reveals to them personally as they work through the lessons. (2 John 1:6)

Day 26: Pray for fruit that will remain to the praise and glory of God, the One who planted the seed. (Galatians 5:22-23)

Day 27: Pray that lives will be set free from the bondage of sin, bitterness, rebellion, immorality, fear, anger, pride, gossip, etc. (Philippians 4:8)

Day 28: Pray that women will experience the freedom and joy that comes through embracing God’s ways. Pray that women will understand their need to be completely dependent on God and surrendered to His will. (Colossians 2:10)

Day 29: Pray that God will provide safety as women will travel to the training. Also, pray that the enemy will be bound and not use circumstances (weariness, sick children, schedule changes, weather, etc.) to keep these women from coming to the training. (Isaiah 43:1-3)

Day 30: Pray that all the women are treated with dignity and respect as they cross international borders. Pray for God’s favor to be upon them. That not one will be turned back. Pray Isaiah 61 on this day.

Day 31: Pray that the Lord would receive all the glory due His name from the healing and transformation that will begin on this day. Keep praying Isaiah 61.

Day 32: Pray for those women who will go to a place of prayer during the training. Pray that God will provide excellent translators, they will share from the heart and those praying for them will do so from the Word of God. (Psalm 73:24-28)

Day 33: Preparation can be quite draining for the speakers —physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Pray for physical stamina and a clear mind for translators and counselors. (Ephesians 3:16-21)

Day 34: Pray that women would have the opportunity to share with one another during the training what God is teaching them; pray that everything shared will bring glory to God. (1 Corinthians 13:4-7)

Day 35: Pray for all the women as they return to their homes following the training. May they continue to walk in freedom and be filled with incredible love and joy. They no longer have to bear the guilt of their sin. (Romans 8:1)

Day 36: Pray for sensitivity, wisdom, understanding, and a listening ear from their families, or close friends as the women may have dealt with some difficult issues during the training. Rest for the team that has traveled from America. (Hebrews 12:28-29)

Day 37: Pray that God will continue the healing and restoration He began in the women at the training and that the enemy would not steal the seed that has been sown in their hearts. Pray that they would be encouraged by their coordinators and mentors to walk in obedience to specific commitments they have made during the conference. (Malachi 4:2)

Day 38: Pray for the American team, they would be encouraged and be filled with joy for a job well done. (Matthew 25:23)

Day 39: Pray for spiritual protection for all the women as weariness may start to settle after the training. (1 Peter 5:8)

Day 40: Praise…Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.”! (Psalm 126:2)
